Mat Pilates
Can Anyone recommend a prenatal pilates dvd?
Hi ladies I was just wondering if anyone could recommend a prental pilates dvd or even a pilates one that you could do while pregnant. I am 7 months pregnant. And if you needed anything for it, ball, mat ect? We have wood floors So I believe i would need a mat. And no anywhere you can get one thats not riddiculously expensive? Or if anyone is better then another? Thank you!
Pilates feels so good while you're pregnant! I love the "10 Minute Solutions Prenatal Pilates" DVD. It's split up into 5 segments, 10 minutes each. So, you could do them all if you're feeling brave, or you could just do a couple. The instructor is also very pregnant, which is nice. All you need is a mat(since your floors are wood), a pair of 2-3 lb weights(or water bottles), amd a couple pillows. You can find this DVD and others on amazon.com, thats where I got mine. The reviews they have are really helpful. Have fun!
