
are there total body exercises I can do to get my entire body in shape, but reduce the amount of excerises?
maybe 1 exercise for the entire body is too much to ask for, but maybe one total upper body and one lower body exercise I can do? I want to reduce my work out time but still get a total body work out.
What about yoga exercises and poses, it's simple, effective and can be even practiced in your own privacy in a well ventilated room..
